I would like to know if there is a possibility to have conflicts with your extension, if we buy and use for our eshop an extension that boost database with indexes, named SD Premium DB Indexes.

There is no need to use Indexes extension with Lightning - it already adds required indexes.

But you can check this by yourself, of course.
