Enter order from admin panel

From time to time I receive customer orders which are not purchased on my website and I need to enter these order from my admin panel so I can keep up with then along with my other orders.

 

I have tried several times, I can enter all the information except products. It will not let me add products to an order from the admin panel. I have OpenShop 1.7.1.

You can't add products later, they can be added at order creation only. You need to specify Country & Region at Payment Details and Shipping Details before adding products.

I click insert on the orders list page, I completed each tab in order from top down to products, when I try to add products I get the screen below. Also, on the Totals tab when I try to specify Shipping Method and Payment Method there are no options available, which really isn't important to me, I just need to be able to add the products.

Pay attention at "No payment options are available" message.

Configure your shop to have at least one working payment method for that data set (i.e. Cash on Delivery).

I have it configured for PayPal but it doesn't show it. I enabled "cash on delivery" and still no go, same thing.

I enabled "Cash on Delivery" as a payment option in addition to PayPal and "Pickup at Store" as well as my other shipping option. I then tried to add and order with products from the admin panel and I still got the same message. I really need to figure this out, it is very important that I be able to keep track of all my orders.

did you make sure, the Product Setting has SHIPPING REQUIRED selected to YES ?
